I often joke that Doctor Whooves is Best Pony. Even before I got to involved in MLP:FiM proper I found the idea of little pony Timelords hilarious.
So for con season I finally got around to doing a serious Doctor Whooves piece. The Doctor proper got thrown in on a friends suggestion. Having the good Doctors running was a fairly obvious choice - the parasprites were a brilliant suggestion, they seem like a proper Who monster, except insanely adorable. Which I guess goes with the whole "pony timelord" territory.
