Suu from CLAMP's manga Clover, which is a gorgeous awesome manga that never seemed to get any sort of advertising or press, so its relatively obscure.

If you don't know about Clover don't go stressing out, there's no real hidden meaning in anything, just me going all detail funky. I shall never paint this much metallic stuff ever again.
